Salmon Steaks For Supper

I've got a couple of salmon steaks for supper, which I was going to do with some new spuds and veg.

Fancy tarting them up a bit! Any suggestions?

Yes ummm, tescos do them in the freezer next to the fresh fish. Already cooked. But best I can do. Out of all the suggestions, I was missing one thing that I cant get from the local shop and having consumed the rest of last night's wine, I cba to walk to the supermarket. Hic ;)

Red onions or shallots, strips of cucumber, baby tomatoes, and make a Sherry ginger cream sauce or you could do a red wine sauce, if preferred.

Just one question, Barmaid......what time would you like me to arrive? ( I'll supply the vino ) x
