Do you however which way your chicken is cooked, eat the skin??

I don't, but can recall a famous star used to eat copious amounts of chicken skin.

Roasted or Fried = yes, yummy

Casserole = possibly

Boiled/Steamed = no thanks
I’ll eat it if it’s roasted and crispy, but not if it’s boiled.
If crisp and golden then yes, whilst carving usually.
And, I feel guilty after :)
I nearly threw up in an (exceptionally well-reviewed) Indian restaurant when I found myself chewing on a piece of slimy chicken skin in my curry. So I'd definitely not want to see the skin included in all types of chicken dish. (I don't even eat all of the skin in KFC where it's nice and crispy and coated in herbs).
However it is cooked........NEVER,
No, I never do
If roasted or fried yes
My children used to argue about who got the chicken skin. It had to be roasted and crispy.
No thank you, my mother-in-law used to love the chicken skin.
salted crispy turkey/chicken skin is tastier than the bland meat. Curried/boiled/cassaroleskin = only for dogs!

Yes Buenchico it is slimy. When roasting I used to slather the skin in seasonings, now I shove it all under the skin making chicken flavoursome.
Pretty much always.
I try not to eat chicken skin. When I cook chicken pieces, I always take the skin off before cooking.
If you could send it all on to me then I'd be grateful thanks.
Yes...if crispy.
No, I never eat the skin. Makes me feel Ill.
No,,,,,,,, it's skin , yuk .
Yes...I remove it from the cooked chicken. Usually thighs. I let it cool off and dry out. Then into a hot, dry frying pan. Turn frequently and season until golden. Yummmm. Chicken crisps!
If I'm casseroling chicken I take the skin off before making the casserole. Otherwise I eat it - roasted/grilled chicken skin is delish!
