We're having pork belly, crispy crackling, bbq dipping sauce, Cono Sur Viognier and maybe a couple of Martin Millers with elderflower tonic. Killing Eve and Nazi Hunters for entertainment.
Pretty much anything and everything to eat and drink this eve for dinner.All inclusive buffet but due to heat a simple Greek salad and whitebait will fit the bill.
Currently sipping a nice crisp Sauv Blanc with a drop of Myrtille Liqueur - a variant on Kir and a rather pleasant one at that.
Tea will be Sneem Black Pudding, Irish Bangers and some local free range eggs - fried or scrambled - haven't decided yet. Accompanied by my home-made Cheese Soda Bread and a pot of tea.
ribeye steak, braised chicory, roasted cauli and sweet red peppers and some greens. A Ch. de Curat and then a scotch, recommend Tamavulin from Waitrose - often on offer @22 and cracking value as, even though it's a Speyside, it has similarities to the taste of a Lagavulin.
