Baked Eggs

Does anyone have any tips on how to cook baked eggs which have been cracked into a hollow made on top of roasted veg?
Either the yolk isn’t runny but the white is cooked, or the white is still slimy but the yolks perfect. Thanks.

My mistake I think has been not having the oven hot enough, even though I followed a recipe.
