Just saw this report - https://tinyurl.com/ycktgq6j - and thought I'd post as a heads-up, in case anyone here might need to know.

I've not bought any for ages, but do remember that a tube didn't last very long...
Thanks for the heads-up LiK. Have put this up on my FB page.
The tubes last for ages, it's the contents that disappear in a gulp.
///........ but do remember that a tube didn't last very long... ///

Especially when (if like me) you have a cheeky-squeeze straight from the tube into your mouth when standing at the open 'fridge door and no-one is looking..... :oD
I don't think I've ever tried it.

shoota - good point...

jack - oh yes! ;-)
OMG, I thought I was the only one that did that, JTH!
Isn't it strange how you really start fancying something when you've just been told you can't have it...
Had forgotten the celery trick, used to squeeze it into halved hollowed out cherry toms too.

Mamya - you've too much time on your hands if you're hollowing out cherry toms ;-)
I thought this was going to be about spring flowers. :-)

Thank you, anyway, LIK.
Not had one of these for a long time, but lovely on toast or a tasty sandwich.

Ughhh those rats look disgusting!
I am a bit more of a lady jth and squeeze it straight onto my finger lol
Very true Maj, time hangs heavy now I've stopped peeling my grapes.
I never knew that:
'Primula is a cheese with a difference – we are owned by the Kavli Trust, a charitable organisation which each year donates thousands of pounds to supporting research, humanitarian and cultural projects which improve people’s lives. This means every time you buy Primula Cheese you are helping to support worthy causes, right here in the UK and across the world.'

Already eaten mine!
I didn't know that either Shoota, thank you.
Thanks LiK - I haven’t any in the fridge, but I’m partial to the odd squeeze of Primula - as indeed I am to a good, ripe Camembert, a tasty piece of Reblochon or a tangy slice of Lancashire - one does not preclude the other (unless you are a gastrosnob).
“time hangs heavy now I've stopped peeling my grapes” - possibly the most innuendo ridden statement of the day - thanks mamya :)
