What a waste of sirloin steaks. I really wouldn't but if you must it is quite simple. Season the steaks, put in the slow cooker with a bit of stock and cook for 4 hours or more.

I wouldn't cook them in a slow cooker unless you're cubing and making steak pie filling.

Much better and quicker to fry on a griddle or frying pan for 3-5 mins depending on how you like it.

Agree with the above - do not ruin a prime cut by putting in a slow cooker!
