Many appologies........
I'm cheating tonight I'm afraid to say... I am using Paul Newmans sticky BBQ Marinade, why? because it's in the cupboard! and I can't remember all the ingredients for chinese marinade!!!! honey, white wine vinegar, garlic, onions, worcester sauce and something I can't think of! and it had to be made the day before... lol I'll send Mr asci up into the attic for my book later : )
sorry wendilla, it was for drusilla! I put it on here and there are lots of other yummy ones on there too....

wendilla, your recipe for cullen skink is certainly not traditional although I'm sure it is delicious. Tonight I'm having the rest of my (non-trad) cullen skink that I made last night.
Softened finely chopped onions in small amount of oil then added crushed garlic and gently fried for a few more minutes (don't let it brown).
Added finely sliced potatoes and carrots, black pepper plus water and simmered for about 20 minutes.
Rough mashed potatoes and carrots without draining and then added cubes of undyed smoked cod loin, parsley, milk and jumbo raw prawns. Bring back to a simmer until fish and prawns are just cooked. Serve with lots of crusty bread.
