hi. i went to k.f.c today and ordered the new boneless box, i was absolutly appaulled with the service i got, the young girl behind the counter was rude, ignorant and she got the order wrong in so many ways, she also didnt give us the full meal, so we ended up paying way over the top, these were just some of the things that annoyed me about my visit today. Does anyone know of an email address or postal address where i can send a letter explaining todays visit? many thanx

If it helps, there's a customer care number on www.kfc.co.uk - they should be able to point you in the right direction. I would have thought it'd have been the first place you looked.

I'm a mystery shopper for KFC. I've had to report such things on many occasions, pity it seems to not really do much good. I always try to praise good service but there have been times when I have been left fuming. Complain, and be as descriptive of the staff as possible as it'll be down to the individual shop staff. However, most are on minimum wage, and don't care, which to be honest, I can understand as I'd hate to be stuck in KFC all day long stinking like a greasy chicken.

You should have complained to the supervisor at the time (you might well have got a full refund and still got your meal). Unless the girl who served you was the supervisor, of course :o)

you should go back to the store and demand to speak to the manager and demand also to be compenstated, in the states it wouldnt be acceptable to be treated like that , no matter weither the person serving you was on a low wage .
We as brits never complain and because of that , we allow ppl to treat us like **.**.
Go back to the store , get the managers name and the girls who served you and demand compenstaion for your inconvinace at having to go back and complain and for the state of your meal. If you are not satifisfied then take it higher to the regional manager , aslo tell the store manager that you are doin that becuse thye are not satisfing you.
On that note i sent off an e-mail to asda last week complaining of something similiar,today i received a reply apologising and asking for my address so they can send me a letter of apology and a gift card,i never used to complain but i'm fed up with taking the brunt of rude and obnoxious staff who cant even add up let alone spell 'manners!'
I agree, I never used to complain but my attitude now is if i'm paying for this service or whatever then i should be treated decently, I try not to be rude to others and don't see why I should accept people being rude to me, the key is to make you point politely but firmly, stick to your guns but don't loose your temper yourself!
I don't go to KFC but on a rare visit to McDonalds we got a drive through meal. We live about 5 minutes away from the shop but when we got home the food was cold. We complained over the internet and got a prompt reply from the Restaurant (and I use the term loosely) plus a voucher for more than double the price of our original meal. Complain politely and in detail, and you should get results. Good luck.
I got a subway today , and for a change I ordered a subway melt , when i got home and unwrapped it , i noticed it was cold for a start , there was no cheese in it either . Still I ate it and it was great , but my daughter who is subways biggest fan I kid you not , shes there everyday somtimes twice a day told me the melt should have cheese and should be hot , so I just called the store and spoke to a guy who has told me to come back to the store whenever i wanted to and he would make me a footlong melt on the house.
So even 8 hours after I had the meal , i complained and still got a result.
KFC MANAGEMENT SUCKS
I worked for a KFC store in london Feltham for four days and they did not pay me because they think it is easy to switch labour with high turnover. I was promised a pay and was told that they will sign me in and out themselves and made me work like slaves. The manager's name is Afaq asst manager is Vinod. They never paid me. Also they are very unhygenic. If the customer is not watching, they actually pick chicken from the floor and make the customers eat it because the customer never saw the chicken fallin on the dirty floor and picking it.
SHIT management.

hi there, i am a current employee of KFC in the Amesbury branch, it is run ridiculously and unprofessional, i had a disiplinary hearing a little while back, and the way they held the meeting i was discusted. in the restaraunt in full view of all customers, then, half way through the hearing my manager leaves to do something in the office... i was sat there for 30 minutes waiting for her to come back. it was awful. and now i have had another disiplinary because i was wearing a Help 4 Heroes charity wristband. all i was doing was supporting my country and the men and women injured in Iraq and Afghanistan,
I went to the bluewater KFC on monday and got a Bluebottle fly in twister wrap. The most discusting and vile thing i have come across in my life. This fly was huge and hairy. These things lay eggs/maggots and land on shi*t.. It had only one wing and half its legs so i assume i must have ate some of it! As I complained to the manager, the only thing he kept repeating to me was " would you like another one or would you like a refund? I dont know where it would have come from". IDIOT it came from your kitchen, and NO, I dont want any more fly infested food!!!!!!! I wish i had said that to him, but i tried to remain calm and civilised. I have pictures and will be going to food standards agency, and trust them to deal with this accordingly. BOTTOM LINE, They employ total idiots (dirty, unhygenic ones at that) and if you go to ANY branch of KFC do NOT expect anymore from them..
Hi, i am an employee in kfc ireland, i have been working there for last 4 years. we got changed our management.Its a malaysian girl now..as i am working there for a long,, i beleive i knw better dan her,, i think she hates me,, becuse she wll never listen to me,, ignores me, infact she wll never put herself on work, wen i suppose to work,,. I just wanted to say that if employees are not happy within the working area,, how cld u even expect a gud service., ofcorse we try our best to serve u better,, but if in case we mis the things, iz only becuse of managemnt atmosphere.. n we all learn that customers r alwayz ryte,, but we all knw that customer r sometimes not ryte aswel,, m also a customer with burger king.. so i can put myself into customer shoes,, so dats why they also have to try to put themselves into employess shoes,..

kfc is stinking was into day and my friend was sitting eating a bit of chicken and had to spit it out cause it was soggy not only that but before we had even left the table they had lifted r tray and and no way they have them new bins that crush all the food when it goes in well threw all r trays in it before we could say anything but the thing was my bloody fone was on the tray so that got crushed as well so not happy bout kfc will defo not be going bk to kfc and will be going to the papers and all about my fone as they refuse to get me another fone as the man is saying that i called him over to take our trays away :@:@
oh yeh also when my friend spit the chciken out she pulled bk the skin and it was raw!!!!!
A group of us grove over to a KFC a few weeks ago. As we drove into the car park we saw them locking the door (a quarter of an hour early). They ignored our knocks at the door so we eventually left and phoned a complaint through to their head office. The reply was a standard letter that ignored all the questions we had asked - including "why should we ever patronise your chain again?" When we wrote to request a proper reply, the letter we received stated that they would not take the matter any further and stated they were sorry we were not happy with their refusal to respond to issues raised. Further chases via the USA office (free to phone rather than premium rate as in the UK) have been ignored. We're amazed by their rudeness and arrogance.

Would like to share my bad experince in KFC @ RT Nagar / Bangalore on above mentioned date, after i finish my berger & started having Pepsi in between i just opened the cap of that Pepsi cup, i found flies inside the Pepsi cup. I was really shocked and went to the counter and showed the cup to the counter person. And the counter guy was very cool n he said it's ok will get one more cup for you, then we have asked him to call the manger to meet, first they din't bring the manager out and introduced another counter guy who take order, but we shouted and asked for the manager to come n give us an explanation on this issue. Then Mr. Sachin came to us and said that will make sure it will not occur again.

Even though am your regular customer travelling different state and visit KFC we trust the quality of food and cleanliness, but it is not true. Quality and cleanliness is not maintained properly. After this incident we are not visiting KFC as we can't trust the quality of food. Many people are visiting KFC with family & children and never know what was the quality of food served.

Pleas make sure that this should not happen to anybody as there is a value of money and people involved.
