Probly in wrong section but hey, Y'know the red stuff on outside of edam cheese. Is that edible or is it some strange plastic coating? I dont eat much cheese and was just wonderin'.
You have helped me and quenched my thirst for knowledge regarding cheese relating substances and wonderments, thank you. By the way, loads of people seem to know me (eg Hey DG or How ya doing Dan? etc) I dont know them, why is that?
