Probly in wrong section but hey, Y'know the red stuff on outside of edam cheese. Is that edible or is it some strange plastic coating? I dont eat much cheese and was just wonderin'.

By the way Ive canoed down to Ironbridge...used to go there as a kid too quite alot in fact. Went to the Bistro a few times and Chez Moi I think thats what it was called.
