When is water not water?
2 Answers
Hello everyone! I'm confused about what you can drink (apart from water, obviously) which still forms part of the 8 glasses that we're meant to have in a day? In other words, if I have orange drink diluted with water, does that count? I've heard that tea and coffee count as well. Which drinks don't? Thanks in advance.

Lots of things that contain a high water content will count towards your daily recommended intake, including tea and coffee, however t. & c. should only be counted as two thirds of their actual volume, because they help your body to lose some water content. Hope that is easily understood. Brawburd's link makes good reading.
