Hello, can anybody tell me how to stop boiled eggs going black?

Rinse them in cold water as soon as they are boiled. Until they are cold too.
place gently into boiling water and time it, 10 minutes, then plunge into cold water and make sure the water stays cold
They blacken because they have been overcooked. Reduce your cooking time.
As above but 10 mins max (often less will do) and cool AND peel immediately.
