Chocolate truffles...milk chocolate?

hi, having made, for the first time, the above mentioned...they were yummy to the extreme....even if I did add a bit too much Brandy....bliss. Can I make a childrens version using milk chocolate? They liked them, but they were a little too strong in flavour....and no that wasn't the brandy...they liked that.....lol

Hi BBW, problem is they're fussy little 'angels'..... lol....Anyhoo tried the milk chocolate....it doesn't work :o[ ....
Anyone got any ideas what I can do with 500g of chocolate goo.....hehehe
