does anyone have any Ideas on the best way to cook lamb steaks,so they are nice and tender? thanks

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Another vote for Figi. Steaks are not very thick and will cook quickly on a griddle. If you don't have a griddle pan or find it too smokey you can use a frying pan (although lamb works particularly well on the griddle).
The meat should be pinkish inside ideally. This will ensure that it's juicy and tender - it's certainly not raw. Slow cooking is great for tougher cuts of meat. I think it would be a waste of good meat to do it this way.
