Yes Bob, there are
There are chocolate light and original light flavours.
There is chocolate light which you just pour boiling water onto.
There is chocolate light which you add boiled milk to.
The original light just has boiled water added.
You have to be very careful to buy your preferred jar as I find that the labels are quite confusing.
We prefer the chocolate light one made with water.You need to put four heaped teaspoonfuls into a mug and fill to the top with the boiling water and stir well.
It gives you a really good night's sleep!
