I want to make an Xmas pud for two people but all the recipes I have found are for multiple or enormous puds. Can someone guide me to what size basin I need and approximate weights and measures? Thanks.
Hiya. I actually want the size you can buy in the supermarket enough for two with second helpings. I guess I just need to look at the weight in the shops and work from there. Thankyou for the Delia tip off though!
