if your feeling brave try my gravy....red wine(small bottle), brown sugar (5 or 6 heaped tablespoons)reduce for as long as it takes to go sort of syrupy,then add half a bar of bitter black chocolate and one or two finely chopped chillis. dosent sound tasty but it is! have you tried vennison before?? i'm lucky enough to have a chest freezer full of it...i live near a large estate and they let me shoot two deer every season! if you ever get the chance,try vennison sausages,they're fantastic! good luck :)
