I would sometimes have the frozen mixed veg with dinner. 3 tablespoons are 1 of your 5-a-day. I have a watermelon in the fridge and I try to eat some of that after my dinner. Last night though I had chips, sausages and beans so therefore got none with my dinner. Oh and then after I had a cream and jam doughnut! All I ate fruit and veg wise yesterday was an apple! Chocolate and junk food appeals to me much more but I'm starting to put on weight around my tummy and I'm getting cellulite on my legs and I think its shocked me into trying to eat healthier lol! Back to the gym next week!
Do they really?! I didn't know that, in that case I had 2 portions yesterday (still not good enough though) Why do potatoes not count? In my opinion they're a vegetable
If you eat the leaves of the potato, that would count, but I have a dunny feeling that they are poisonous, but that could be wrong. Potatoes are a root, but then so are carrots - are they? but they count....
have a glass of fruit juice and a packet of raisins and there is two with no real effort.
Is there anywhere I can get a guide on what your meant to eat daily. I know 5 fruit and veg but I didn't know beans counted and aren't you meant to eat nuts/seeds etc too?
