I would fry the mince in a little oil, add some chopped onions and peppers, maybe some chillis and whatever other spices you like, then add to tortillas. Roll the torillas and place i an ovenproof dish, then cover with the sauce, or make one yourself with a jar of chopped tomatos and herbs, etc. Grate a little cheese over the top and then bake in a medium over for about 45mins.

thanks for that natalie, although i love cooking and spend ages in the kitchen its usually more traditional food than this. i bought it cos i thought the kids would like it. Is the sauce spicy/chilly? Cant look cos im at work! Would more chilly in the mince make it too hot? Ive never made this before but it sounds nice, what would i serve with it?
Pass, I only ever bought one before and I found it to be a bit bland, so I would think it would be fine for kids. I remember vowing when I had eaten it that next time I wuld make my own as it wasn't all that great, but I think kids would like it.
If I remember rightly, the top of the jar was a seperate little pot and it had like a flour / powder in it that you mix in with the mince before you put it in the wraps.
I don't think we served anything with it asuch, as i packed it out with mushrooms, peppers and onions, but I guess salad? It's quite heavy.
