Doves Farm does flours for bread making.You can buy the flours from Tescos, Sainsburys etc or from Goodness Direct.

I do buy ready made gluten free bread from the supermarkets when not making myself. Dietry Specials and actually Tescos own isn't too bad either.
I have to say though, that toasted gluten free bread is easier to eat than just making a sandwich out of the stuff lol
I also recommend Doves Farm pasta and Tru Free if your son likes pasta :)
I bake cakes with Doves Farm flour too, and add Xanthan Gum to replace the gluten texture that's missing from gluten free flour.
Your son won't go without... it just takes a bit of experimenting.
