kohl rabi

Hello All. Quite some time ago I sampled a vegatable? called kohl rabi and found it to be delicious grated raw in salads. I would like to try to grow this plant in a very small way but don't know where to get any seeds. I live in the Sunderland/ Newcastle area, any ideas where to go?..No jokes about the football teams please.

Garden Centres should also stock the seeds . The packet will tell you if you are in time to plant them this year, if not you could always save them for next.
