Hi, i only eat chicken and love pate, but the problem with bought chicken pate is it always contains pork, is there a recipe that i can do to make my own chicken pate without the pork. Thanks

I think the commercial chicken liver pate's are bulked out with pork to make them cheaper.You CAN get commercial (but expensive) chicken liver pate without pork, but you have to search for it.
I buy frozen chicken livers trim off any odd bits then fry gently in a little butter with finely chopped onion to taste. Blitz in a processor and add one third to one half as much just meltd butter. Mix well and chill in the fridge
