am going to use one tonight for chicken, can I put the potatoes in with the chicken and will they brown, cos if I have to put them in seperately it's not worth using the bag!

Bl**dy htc phone has packed up on me, so back to shop, damn, damn, damn.
Question Author
No, it's OK, I've fixed it with advice from internet!

Morning all wonderful biddymates!
Question Author
Dear Robi and charlie, I do hope yo9u are both ok, I hope your absence is down to the fact that you can't do the puzzle and are still trying!

Actually I've done the puzzle 2x and this morning I just cannot do it!
Good morning, here I is....hope you're all well.

Thanks for worrying but we're ok.... <<thwack for Kit>>.... I looked in yesterday but then life got in the way & I didn't have time to post. Then sleep got in the way, whatever Kit has I think I've got it too. Once I'd done all the necessaries I couldn't keep my eyes open. Luckily Charlie was calm & up for an afternoon's lolling.

Whaddya mean neti, can't do the puzzle? I wasn't fibbing when I said I'd done it quickly, tut, what were you all faffing about at? All you have to do is look at the shape of the pieces, not the moving picture.
Scary goings on on Ibiza, where were you with your rolling pin?

Yay! You've joined the trolley brigade Sweedie, I can't believe you didn't have one before, but you'll wonder how you lived without it now. I've used one since I was in my 30s and never had an 'old lady' complex about it.

What a cheek about your wheelie shaney. I think I'd have been calmly sarcastic & said I was sorry but my bin appeared to have blown into their property.
Anyhoo, I've sorted it out for you now...

Did any of you see "Teenage to Old Age", it made me cry, all those marvellous people, one old man invented the electronic calculator about 50 yrs ago, and he was just laying there incapable of movement. I just feel so bad that I've done nothing much with my life and I'll probably end up like that. I have never liked old people, I'm kind to them and all that but couldn't look after one, washing them etc, whereas my mum and middle sister could do that. Hope I'm as bright as all those pensioners were when I'm that old!
Good morning Biddyfriends. Pleased you're ok Robi and Charlie. I just can't get cracking today but will eventually no doubt. I switched on here this morning and it all went funny on me. No internet, loads of beeping then a black screen. So I switched off went and found my receipt to see when I bought it and how long the guarantee was and when I came back and switched on again it was up and runninhg. Good job cos it's out of G.
Going to see some old (older not much!) relatives this afternoon. They live the other side of Derby so I may have a bit of a walk. It's my Dad's sister and her husband, they are in their 80s.
Hope everybody else is ok and you have a good day.
How's your finger Neti. What a to-do over there. It's scary. 2 young lads in a small town near here have been stabbed and are in hospital. Knife crime is getting dreadful. It worries me. It seems to be mostly among the young.
Next door's 15 year old was bouncing a ball indoors all day yesterday. I turned my music up so I didn't hear. It went on right through to the evening..
I've made up my mind to wait until the end of half term next Monday and put up with 'whatever' til then and then if nothing improves action will be taken.

I might just put my washing out now.
see yer later 'gater(s)

Hi jude, a bouncing ball all day, that would have driven me loopy, you are a very sweet and patient type of person!

Finger is till so sore, and really hurts in evening but that's probably cos I'm using it all day. I didn't go to my doctor yesterday cos I'd been to urgencias but if it still hurts by the time I have finished my anti biotics then I will go again.

Oh dear just heard that my b-i-l has been rushed to the heart unit of the local hospital in Eastbourne, as he hasn't been well for a couple of days and sissy thinks he had a stroke, but she couldn't get through to the doctor and someone on the phone said oh "He's got chest probs" so she called an ambulance and he was rushed off, they don't actually know what's wrong with him, his hormone levels are all to pot (he's a diabetic), he is 76, poor man, he is so nice!
Soory to here about your b-i-l Neti fingers crossed for him.

Just have to say there's something therapeutic about doing that puzzle!
ooh err, this site is odd again...I remember now, one reason i didn't have time to post yesterday was because it was very slow on here...and just now the type your answer box wouldn't expand.

Hope you brother in law will be ok neti, there's always someone to worry about.

oh poop, I didn't win the lotto....jno! lend us a tenner!
Morning all
Same old here too. Bit damp and dull but the sun's trying to come out .
Sorry to hear about your BiL Neti .Hope he'll be Ok .

Lol Robinia ....I can't understand it .The bin was full to the gunnels waitng for collection .I can understand them pinching an empty one but wheeling it away when it was full ?
Well this won't buy the baby a new bonnet so I'd better make a move and trudge down to the shops ....I'll give them the evil eye as I go past .
Take care all and have a good day. .
Hi folk. It's been a beautiful morning here, A few spots of rain just fell but nothing to worry about. Been walking for an hour and a half and discovered views and fields we have never noticed before. I feel so much better when the weather is good. Hopefully, it will come your way Shaney. My first daffs have come out today too!!

Sorry about your brother in law Neti and hope all goes well for him.

Really pleased that you and Chas are both fine Robi. We were worried about you both.

Going to do some hoovering a a bit of tidying up and then am off outside for an hour or so.

But will look round AB quickly first to catch up with the gosspi.

Off out with friends to Holt tonight for a pub meal. Yay, no cooking!!

Shaney, that was one of old dad's favourite sayings, "This won't buy the baby a new bonnet!" so nice to hear (!) it again!
What a beautiful afternoon it's been...I did a bit of gardening on the front (ooph, it's crackerin' when you first start)...and a lot of nattering. Lots of people out & about in the sunshine.
Hi Robi. It's been great hasn't it. I am covered in scratches where I have been in the bushes!! Have just come in!!

Out tonight - so you you all tomorrow.

Have a nice evening everbiddie x
finally managed to get the jigsaw working - took a couple of minutes to figure it out, then got tangled up because I locked some pieces into place on top of another piece and had to take them all away again so I could find it. But it wasn't too mind-bending (and rather nice)... helloooo? Anyone there? I suppose it must be 3am up there.

Nice to see neti's old avatar back, you can never have too many angels.
Question Author
Angels? jno what are you drinking?? It's a fairy Godmother!!
Evenin' biddies, I've been cleaning all day and am well tired, as Vinny would say:) if he were here, which he isn't:'( Idioms and wordings are funny aren't they, Neti. Some time after my Mum had died I found myself saying the things she used to say.

Ha ha Neti when you said you're kind to old people but you don't like them it reminded me of a poster I had when VERY young; it said Six muns ago i cudn't spell injuneer and now i are one. I know the feeling of not having done much with your life. I think about that every day. I want so much to be part of a spiritual legacy that encompasses respect for animals and Mother Earth as a whole, I want my own business working in that direction, but when push comes to shove I can't even go shopping for groceries without crashing so how can I start a business. A while back I was talking to a friend about it; she has a lot of dreams too but she has RA and a heart that plays up on her on a daily basis, and she said we must learn to think of our influence on others as part of our legacy, cos you never know what seeds you sow, and when, and in whose heart. When you think about the things you yourself remember, you may have forgotten a holiday in Italy but you may recall the way somebody smiled at you for no reason on a pavement twenty years ago and it may well have had a daily influence on you ever since.

Erm, I'd like to admit that in reality I'm grumpy and bite people's heads off.

This came up in the ads to the right here on AB. I WANT WANT WANT this Sherlock Cape http://www.stylebop.c...&ia-pmtrack=56971311. And maybe a pair of Mussolini Lederhosen to go with it...?

All best for Mr W tomorrow and for your b-i-l as
