thank god, its so painful and i was seeing stars in my bedroom, i thought 'thats it, this was my last supper, a black potato' but my hubby found it hilarious and told his mates within minutes to arrange my funeral, and to be sure to ask me what i want the guests to eat at the wake...he can be horrid........jack you are not funny, and im not going to to your level
nah you wont die, youve just had a dodgy potato, if u drink lots of fluid esp clear water, then it should help it clear the system.

Don`t think your symptoms are anything to do with the potato. In the winter you get black potatos from frost damage. If a potato is kept in the sunlight and it goes green (you see it after you have peeled it) then apparantly that`s best avoided.
I agree with 237SJ......It's green in potatoes which is poisonous.
