What to do with mince?

I've got the mince (beef) out of the freezer for our meal tonight, will it be shepherds pie or spaghetti bol. I can't make up my mind.

Perhaps there's something else (quick) i can do with it, any idea's?

Thanx red, but don't want to mess about with pastry, & H hates chilly,I've got no wraps anyway and I don't plan going out today.

You can't make sheperds pie with beef it has to be lamb. With beef it's Cottage pie.............Sorry it's one of my pet hates. :-/

Cottage or shepherds? I never get it right, theyr'e all shepherds to me.
But home made burgers sound ok, but I'm useless they always fall apart or I could sole my shoes with the result. 'Birds Eye' I go to for BB.

meatballs here too... mix mince with herbs and seasoning add enough beaten egg to bid make into balls and cook in sauce I like mine in a creamy mushroom and onion sauce basic white sauce add chopped mushrooms, soft fried onions and garlic mmmmmmm

i add beaten egg and breadcrumbs to mine always seem to work out fine

meatballs is another good idea but i;d have that wiht onion gravy and mash, i'm hungry now :-)

Meat balls in a rich tomato sauce served with penne would be my choice.

I think shepherds pie is made with lamb mince and cottage with beef.
