i am having chicken breast for tea tonight ,what can i do to jazz it up a bit,i am on a diet and having 3 small new potatoes and garden peas with it.

If you have light light cream cheese mix in some herbs and garlic and stuff the chicken breast - then add the tassle!!

You could put on loads of tarragon and lemon juice, then wrap it in foil and bake it, before finishing it off under the grill - good diet fodder.

i put pesto on it but i like the sound of some of the others,where can i buy a tassle ???

Sweet chili sauce was going to be my suggestion also. I can have it on almost everything! Mmmmmm :P
