Very versatile , tasty and can be had in salads but better as a rice substitute with meat or vegitarian dishes , buy some and give it a go , you wont be disapointed !

You can add roast veg such as a mix of peppers, cherry toms, onions and mushrooms to it once you have made it up to the instructions on the pack.
I have also added lemon juice and chopped parsley to it to serve with fish. As stated it is ground semolina.
Most packets of cous cous just rewuire it to be put in a bowl. Add boiling water and leave for 5 mins. Fluff up with a fork and it's done. You can add a little butter of extra virgin olive oil when fluffing it up.
