Nintendo will try and get as many as possible over here, but I'm sure there wont be enough. Pre-Order.

we've already pre-ordered ours - I think they will be in short supply - we had trouble getting the DS with the Nintendogs game last year

There's an Argos two minutes down the road from where I work. So on the morning of release I plan on going there when the doors open.
It worked when the PSP was released and when I got my Gamecube.

the uk release date is 8th December although it seems a lot of the games have a release date of Christmas Day which seems a bit strange

To be on the safe side, I would say to pre-order one. You can do this by going into somewhere like GAME or HMV, and for something like �20-30, you can have one reserved for you.

The company has said they will do everything to ensure that there are enough to go around. But with the PS3 being delayed until March 2007, I wouldn't be surprised if anyone has trouble getting a Nintendo Wii.
