Microsoft have said the fault in its model will not be there in the improved model due out soon.Wouldnt it have been right for them to recall the present one that keeps crashing!!!!!

No microsoft will never recall there beloved 360's, the way they combat the software problem is sending you updates to get rid of any problems, well thats what they think, i work for GAME and we get loads and loads of them coming back, try taking it back to where you bought it from if its under a year old.

Thankyou for your answers,Phantaxus,and toondan1982.The place I got the xbox360 will gladly replace it for me as it was an xmas present.
However,a friend was told by a shop assistant that he may as well hang on for the new model coming out as its a fault on this model ,but that there will be no recall .
