Seeing NoM posting about both food and her impending happy event prompted some musings ...
... it seems that the propensity (officially the AB word of the day) of celebrities to name their children after places of birth/conception has waned ... no more Brooklyn/Paris/Lourdes it seems.
I wonder if it might possibly be replaced by naming them after foods that mean something to the parents, as Diana Ross indeed did (although I may have misread the name Chudney) ...

I can't recall the conception bit, Dave......well the conception I can but not what I ate just before........
My son would now be called after what I was eating when I went into labour........Rainbow Drops Pineapple......
My daughter......Alfalfa Beef Wellington...... :-)
I did want to call her after the restaurant I was in when she decided to arrive but MrG refused to have a daughter named...Gulliver's....x
