Oh yeah? Who built the railroads (along with the Irish and Mexicans).

Have a look at Chinese Exclusion Act on google.
I think the Chinese Exclusion Act was passed in the US in 1882. The railroads, were, I think mainly completed by something like 1865?
or . . . 1869?
There was legislation banning Chinese women before the wholesale ban came into effect.
It was clear the Americans didn't want them to settle
British or any so-called criminals for offences described as 'moral turpitude'....and that gives their officials plenty of flex.
I think that was 1870 and the female exclusion was caused more by an increase in births of chinese girls in the USA rather than immigration per se:-
