yes - frost can come till end of may
You can buy them for growing on in a frost free place but don't plant out until AT LEAST end of may, beginning of june. 2nd of may last year was 7 degrees C during the day down south !!!
As you may of heard, the warm spell is coming to an end next week, so be prepared for anything for the next month. This month was the best for 60 years.
