Yes, its possible but probably it will not like the shock of being moved.
To lessen the stress to the bush, dig it out, keeping as much of the root ball attached as possible and keep them covered with plastic sheeting during transplanting, to stop the roots drying in the sun/wind etc.
Work some compost into the planting hole.
Stake it well to stop it being blown about, this will help the roots to get settled in.
Keep it watered well to keep it moist but not sodden.
This Autumn will probably be a good time to move it.
