Got highways agency chartered surveyor coming around then their house valuer .
Been a year since we were told of compulsory purchase order so fingers crossed we get a fair price for our property.
Next month we are up back in North Lincolnshire to hopefully find our new bungalow or house.
Be glad when it's all over to be honest.

we live right next to bluewater in kent the traffic here is horrendous they are knocking down our 11 cottages to put a new road in to relieve the traffic in the area

in other words, they're going to build another road so it can get clogged up too.

Have you had your own valuations done, they'll give you a bit of ammo if there's a disagreement with their valuer? Good luck, you'll certainly find North Lincolnshire a lot quieter!

thx all ...hereiam at 1st a shock but to be honest the noise and pollution around here is crazy we aer now well happy to move on ....been up to Lincolnshire for a look 3 times love it there beautiful places there and quiet!
we are also looking around the doncaster area within a radius of 15 miles as mrs volty could transfer her job to there
