Please I have been given an nearly new fridge freezer after sitting for a while it's got dirty after cleaning it can I ask what's the best thing to place inside so it will smell nice and fresh is it lemon I so need advice thank you.

Washing down with bicarbonate of soda is the best thing for absorbing smells in fridges.

Agree with Prudie. Wash it inside and out with solution of bicarbonate of soda and water getting in all the nooks and crannies. You can leave a dish of b of soda in the fridge if you want to. Leave the door ajar for a few hours before you switch it on.
