Seem to be quite a few on eBay, maybe worth a look.

loads of places if you google. Keep in mind that dress forms only adjust so far so you need to get the one which will include your wife's size in the middle of the range. If her size is at the top or bottom end then possibly she won't be able to adjust it to mimic her shape.
