Bought And Moved Into House With Problems.
5 Answers
We moved into the house we've purchased on Friday and we are finding lots of problems.
The house has been a rental house and has sat empty for a few months once seller decided to put on the market.
The owner lives abroad but he had a family member to keep an eye on it.
The boiler isn't working.so no hot water or heating.we've had a heating engineer and he got it working for a while at the cost of £65 and he's having to come out again today as it stopped working after a few hrs.
the toilet isn't working . the cistern takes ages to fill up so using a bucket to manually flush. :/ so plumber coming tomorro
and finally there's tv signal from aerial. so an aerial guy is having to come and sort it out tomorrow.
should the seller told us all these things aren't working. is he liable for giving us some money back from purchase?...we are in England.
