Went on Wednesday. I’ve had two visits and two more booked
No offers - I think it’s on at too high a price. If I don’t get any offers this month I will reduce and leave for another month then if I don’t get any I will rent it out - hopefully before the holiday season

The other one may be on at a lower price, but viewers know they can make offers.

Chill.
It is now on the 'Count down' to Christmas which is the worst time of year for house sales as few want to be moving over the festive season. I would leave it until after Christmas before lowering the price. You may well get the full asking price in the new year.

That’s why renting is an attractive prospect
I get someone in for the heating etc and I also get some income. If it’s on a six month tenancy it will be available for the sales market in April/May
