Perhaps A Silly Question

I am hoping to put a shower, toilet and sink at the back of my house like atttached with a lobby next - I do know what I want - is there online I could see the design.  Thanks

PS - I have two calls - one from a Builder company and the other lad to whom I had a like and he said - he could do this and that- like I warmed to him.
