Leather shoes

i recently bought a lovely pair of leather pump style shoes.They are my size and fit nicely ..but the leather is so hard ! I have been rubbing Renapur into them with no effect . I have worn them once and got a blister for my trouble .What else can I do to soften them up ?

I'm hanging by a 'fred...well one of my robinia branches is....tut.....bloomin' silly wet, windy weather has made it split, so, until it's sorted, I'm having to wear my colander ....which is probably a very good idea anyway.

lordy... another sunny day... can it be winter is finally over? Spent much of yesterday beating the garden into submission but am going to work today so it will have to look after itself.

How are we all ?
I am hovering in the doorway with my secateurs at the ready ....will it ..won't it ...it's the usual sun in ,sun out .
But I must make an effort .By the look of it I need a machete rather than a pair of snippers.....and the butler still hasn't polished my gardening wellies ......Sigh ...you just can't get the staff these days .

Hi All Been busy all day watching tennis - anybody else see it. A magnificent final by both players but my favourite won. Hope you are all ok, it's been a lovely day here today hope it keeps up for a bit now. Maggie has just signed on line so you might be hearing from her in a bit. :o)

This is so slow today and I still keep getting timed out .
Anyway summer is a coming in ...we hope ..the swallows were wheeling around here today and at least it has stayed dry enough to cut through the greenery a bit and have a bit of a sun in the garden . Mind you it would keep popping behind a cloud ....only to pop out again when you were least expecting it .
Those boots would be too dazzling for the butler to polish Jno especially when he's been at the Brasso ...but they are rather snazzy ...they would look nice with my shorts.

Sorry Jude and Maggie ...didn't see you there....hope you are both well ..yes ...the tennis was good .I sort of watched it on and off .I haven't really got into it this year .All that rain and then you would just watch a bit and then on would go the covers .

aggghhh, Jude said Mcbth....do we all have to run outside & spin round 3 times? some of us don't know which way to turn as is it is....I'm glad to see you were watching something cultural tho' - I think we need more of that in here - too much drivel by far....apparently.
