frost free fridge freezer

my Bosch frost free fridge freezer has got failry clogged up with ice. I cannot find any discernible outlet that could have become blocked and wondered if there is anyone who cuold help me to locate the cause of the problem

This can happen if you have stuff actually touching the back of the fridge, a big no no infact .Making sure the air can circulate freely between the contents and back wall might cure this problem.

Also, is it on the right temperature? Not too cold? I usually adjust mine depending on the time of year.

will check the temperature settings. we haven't altered it since we got it last summer so that might be it. not sure what the setting is supposed to be? any ideas?

have actually now defrosted it manually - will ignore the Frost free claim and treat it as normal

Hi blondegirly - not sure what the settings should be. I just adjust mine up and down a bit, though I think you can buy fridge thermometers so you can check it's at the right temperature.
