Can I use 15mm PB pipe to bath then use 15mm x 3/4 Flexible Tap Connector, insead of using 22mm PB pipe. Thank you

Depends on where the water comes from Skelton........ what type of hot water system do you have?

It also depends on the static pressure that you have at the source. Using 15mm diameter pipe will automatically tend to reduce the water flow rate from the bath, compared to an equivalent set-up piped in 22mm. You may be able to get away with it if the staic pressure from the source end is high enough.
