Had a power cut and electric board came out and dug up pavement outside my house, to rectify fault. Prior to this all manner of elctrical goods in my house started to buzz, even tho some things were switched off. Just realised my central heating control has frazzled and now system wont work? Have been told that maybe my heating system has worked as a conducter, would i be able to claim against electric board or my house insurance?
