Can anyone please help me to get rid of saw toothed beetles/flour beetles, they seem to have adopted my cupboard shelf lately as a home, I have washed the shelf several times and vacuumed it all to no avail, thanks in anticipation.

they are more then likely in one of the containers/flours that you're then putting back into the cupboard - you need to get rid of it all, clean out the containers and then refill with new stock
