Fridge /Freezer

My son has a 50/50 fridge/freezer which seems to have stopped freezing. My first thought is that the thermostat may have packed up, but I really have no idea. Do you? He really cannot afford to buy a new one - repair is perhaps his best option.

tell him to register with freecycle and ask for one, you would be amazed how quickly he will be offered one i would imagine!
