What is best for cleaning finger marks off monitors/tvs?

Any good window cleaner, but be sure TV or Monitor is off first.  Aslo, works best to spray cleaner on paper towel rather than directly on screen...

I use fabric conditioner to clean our screens. It does a great job and reduces static hence keeping dust at bay!
