I currently have Skype on my PC but would like it to be on my laptop also. When I try to download Skype to laptop it will not allow it. I know it is possible to have Skype on both as I had this on my last laptop but cannot remember how I set it up. HELP please. Thanks

Could you define 'will not allow', the installer file won't download, it won't run if you do download it? Also which operating system do you have on both machines? As you've said there is nothing to stop you having on both machines.
You can transfer a 'set-up' file (a small file which downloads the program .. a download manager) or the full installer between any computers. Nothing else.
I have the same Skype account on my PC, my laptop and my iPod touch4.....didn't have any problems whatsoever....

Maybe you just need the ful installer...look here for the link...
