Desktop Laptop
I use a windows 7 desktop with bt Internet which also supplies the security with Mc Fee ,you are aloud extra pcs security with this option ,Now I've just got a Windows 8 Laptop with Outlook for emails ,Is it possible for me to some how match these up so I can check for emails on the desktop with the Laptop and also get the extra security offered by bt on the laptop I've tried lots of things but I still cant get to see the emails The desktop will just not except the bt passwords when I try to get in from the bt browser
Am I trying to do something that's not possible or just to complicated for a old duffer

Anyway, if you have your laptop programmed for Outlook.com and wish to check for E/mails on your Desktop computer, initially you will have to log-in via the following page, which you should be able to bookmark or place in your toolbar :-

Thank you Hans for your assistance and I'm sorry for getting back to you so late "Family problems" Well this morning I managed with your advice to get everything sorted even the security with Mc afee ,what a relief
Its very hard to explain problems when you don't know what the problems are if that make sense
