Well, I'm guessing that you're referring to email but it could, of course, be a messaging service (such as Windows Live Messenger). It does help to know these things!
Then, assuming that it actually is email, we need to know how you access your mail. Is it by going to your email provider's website or is it via a dedicated email client, such as Outlook Express, Thunderbird or Windows Live Mail? Or, indeed, is it via an email app on, say, an Android device?
If you provide the relevant information we might well be able to help you. Without it there's no chance!

If you registered an alternative email address OR a phone number with TalkTalk, you can get a new password sent to one or the other by using this form:
https:/ /myacco unt.tal ktalk.c o.uk/fo rgotdet ails/in dex/web mailind ex
Otherwise you can't recover your password.
However you shouldn't normally need to enter your email password when using the email app on a Hudl; it should be stored there so that you can automatically have access to your account. It could be a problem at TalkTalk's end, so it might be worth giving them a call to check. (0870 444 1820 or 0203 441 5550). In particular, I note that people using their own Talk2Go app are currently experiencing difficulties:
