apparently, the rates of heart disease are 50% higher in Poland than in France? i know of the old mediterannean diet and so forth, but am intrigued as to why Poland would have such a high rate. Any thoughts on why this is?
because of their food consumption choices. being around them and observing their eating habits, they always choose what taste good, not what is good for them.
I should think there are a lot of other factors to be taken into consideration such as the proportion of manual workers, stress levels and post-war recovery, standards of housing and the general amount of disposable income available for holidays etc...but I wonder why the comparison is between Poland and France?
